Elimath Advisors acquires 16.23% stake in SoftTech Engineers

Elimath Advisors Private Limited, owned by Mathew Cyriac, announced on December 8, 2025, the acquisition of 22,46,998 equity shares of SoftTech Engineers Limited through an open market purchase. This transaction, conducted on December 4, 2025, resulted in Elimath Advisors holding a 16.23% stake in the company.

Concurrently, Florintree Technologies LLP, with designated partners Mr. Mathew Cyriac and Mr. Gautham Madhavan, disclosed the disposal of its entire holding of 22,46,998 equity shares of SoftTech Engineers Limited on the same date via an open market sale. This sale effectively reduced Florintree Technologies LLP's ownership to nil from a prior holding of 16.23%.

The share capital of SoftTech Engineers Limited before and after the acquisition/sale remains at INR 13,84,21,380/-, consisting of 1,38,42,138 equity shares of INR 10/- each. These filings were made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
