DCM Shriram Industries appoints Anurag Surana, Sidharth Prasad as independent directors

DCM Shriram Industries Ltd. has announced the appointment of Anurag Surana and Sidharth Prasad as independent directors, effective December 10, 2025. This decision was made at the board of directors meeting held on December 9, 2025, following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. The appointments align with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Anurag Surana, aged 60, brings over 35 years of experience in the agrochemical, fine chemical, and speciality chemical industries. He currently serves as the managing director & CEO of Kagashin Global Network (P) Ltd. Sidharth Prasad, aged 62, has decades of diversified experience across the sugar, hospitality, real estate, and energy sectors, and is a board member of L.H. Sugar Factories Limited.

Both new appointees satisfy the independence criteria outlined in the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI LODR Regulations. They have also confirmed they are not debarred from holding director office. These appointments ensure the company's board composition remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
