CM Airtime Promotion boosts stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP announced the acquisition of 118,804 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. on December 8, 2025. This open market purchase has increased CM Airtime Promotion LLP's aggregate shareholding in the company to 1,113,877 equity shares.

Before the acquisition, CM Airtime Promotion LLP held 995,073 shares, representing a 0.248% stake in Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. Following the purchase, their total voting capital now stands at 0.278%. The total equity share capital of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. remains 400,652,297 Equity Shares, valued at Rs. 4,00,65,22,970.
