Bhoruka Supply Chain boosts stake in Transport Corporation of India

Bhoruka Supply Chain Solutions Holdings Ltd., a member of the promoter group, acquired 4,913 equity shares in Transport Corporation of India Limited via open market transactions on December 08, 2025. This acquisition falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
