Ajmera Realty's Vikhroli project achieves rapid 81% sell-out, records ₹427 crore sales

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited (ARIIL) successfully launched Phase 1 of Ajmera Solis, a premium and mid-segment residential project in Vikhroli, recording sales of approximately ₹427 crore within the initial 24 hours. The project saw 324 units sold, covering about 1.94 lakh sq. ft. of carpet area. This represents an 81% sell-out against the launched inventory of 2.40 lakh sq. ft., highlighting strong market reception.

The project offers 1 BHKs below ₹1 crore, 2 BHKs below ₹1.6 crore, and 3 BHKs under ₹2.25 crore. This development is financially strengthened by an ₹88 crore private equity deal, the first in the company's portfolio, alongside secured credit lines, positioning it for accelerated execution. The multi-storey tower is built on a land parcel acquired from Tata Communications Ltd. with a clean title and full development control.

Ajmera Solis is designed as a Triple Net Zero Certified ecosystem and located on the Eastern Express Highway, providing excellent connectivity.
