Adani Total Gas receives strong ESG rating from NSE Sustainability

Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has reported that NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics Limited assigned an ESG Rating of "73" for the fiscal year 2025. This rating reflects the company's performance across environmental, social, and governance parameters. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and a related SEBI Master Circular.

ATGL clarified that it did not engage NSE Sustainability for the evaluation or issuance of this ESG Rating. Instead, NSE Sustainability independently prepared the report based on data available in the public domain.

The announcement was signed by Anil Agrawal, company secretary. The positive ESG rating highlights Adani Total Gas's commitment to sustainable practices and its transparency in reporting on its environmental, social, and governance performance.
