Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has received an ESG rating of "78" from NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics Limited ("NSE Sustainability"). This rating was communicated to the company on December 9, 2025.

The company clarified that it did not engage NSE Sustainability for this assessment. Instead, NSE Sustainability independently prepared the report based on publicly available data. This disclosure was made pursuant to regulatory requirements.
