Adani Enterprises publishes rights issue details in newspapers

Adani Enterprises Limited has issued an advertisement in various newspapers concerning its rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares. The advertisements were published today, December 9, 2025, in all editions of The Economic Times and Divya Bhaskar, and in the Ahmedabad and Rajkot editions of Gujarat Samachar and Sandesh.

The rights issue is currently open and is scheduled to close tomorrow, December 10, 2025. This follows previous intimations sent by the company on November 4, November 11, and November 20, 2025, to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The company has requested that the information be taken on record by the stock exchanges. Jatin Jalundnwala, company secretary and joint president (legal), signed the intimation.
