Adani completes acquisition of 99% stake in AGHPort Aviation Services

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, has successfully completed the acquisition of a 99% stake in AGHPort Aviation Services Private Limited (AGHPort). The stake was purchased from Indo Thai Airport Management Services Private Limited (IndoThai), making AGHPort a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises.

This completion follows earlier intimations on November 13, 2025, and November 27, 2025, regarding the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement. Adani Airport Holdings Limited has also taken over the operational control of AGHPort.

The company confirmed that the necessary details, as required by SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, were previously disclosed in the November 13, 2025, intimation letter. The company received notification from AAHL regarding the completion on December 9, 2025.
