Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric appoints Chen Zhiman as employee director

Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. announced the appointment of Chen Zhiman as the employee director for the seventh session of its board of directors. The election, conducted on December 9, 2025, through the employee delegation (group) leaders' joint meeting of the employee representatives, marks a key change in the company's governance structure. Chen's term commences on the election date and will conclude upon the expiry of the seventh session of the board.

Chen Zhiman, 52, is a Chinese national with a strong technical background. She graduated from Zhejiang University in June 1995 with a bachelor's degree in industrial electrical automation and is a professionally qualified senior engineer. Her career with CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. began in July 1995. She held various engineering roles, including head of the technical expert group, and has been a senior engineer for foundation research & development processes since October 2021. Chen is also a recipient of the IPC President's Award in 2022 and the IPC Fellowship Medal in 2024, and serves as a global standing member of TAEC (Technical Activities Executive Committee) of IPC.

Chen will receive employee remuneration for her current position and will not receive additional remuneration for her role as employee director. Any remuneration or allowances she may receive from the company will align with applicable laws, regulations, and the company's remuneration policies, with details to be disclosed in future annual reports. The company confirmed that Chen holds no other positions or directorships in public companies, no relationships with other directors or shareholders, and no interest in the company’s shares as of the announcement date.
