Flat Glass Group revamps governance, adds employee director

Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd. announced the poll results of its 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on December 9, 2025. All proposed resolutions were duly passed, including special resolutions to approve changes in registered capital, cancel the Supervisory Committee, and amend the Articles of Association. Ordinary resolutions concerning amendments to various management systems also passed with strong shareholder support.

Following the EGM, the company no longer has a Supervisory Committee. Its powers and functions will now be exercised by the board's audit committee. Supervisors Mr. Zheng Wenrong, Mr. Zhu Quanming, Mr. Shen Fuquan, Ms. Zhang Huizhen, and Ms. Niu Liping ceased their roles.

Additionally, Ms. Niu Liping, previously a staff representative supervisor, was elected as an employee director to the seventh session of the board, effective December 9, 2025. This expands the board from eight to nine directors. Ms. Niu, aged 40, has served various roles within the group since October 2003, including chairman of the trade union and head of treasury. She will not receive remuneration for her new role as employee director.
