China Reinsurance: Zhuang Qianzhi's chairman appointment approved

China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation announced that Zhuang Qianzhi's qualification as chairman of the board has been officially approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. This approval, granted on December 8, 2025, allows Zhuang Qianzhi to officially commence his duties as chairman of the fifth session of the board, serving until its term's expiry and being eligible for re-election.

The appointment follows the company's announcement on September 18, 2025 regarding Zhuang Qianzhi's initial appointment. The company noted that no changes have occurred to his biographical details or other relevant information since that prior announcement.

As of the announcement date, the company's executive directors include Zhuang Qianzhi and Zhu Xiaoyun. Non-executive directors are Yang Changsong, Jia Xiangxiang, and Zhou Zheng, while independent non-executive directors comprise Dai Deming, Ye Mei, and Keung Yui Fai.
