SCG Construction Group secures major contract amendment with An Binh

SCG Construction Group Joint Stock Company (SCG) announced on December 6, 2025, that its board of directors passed a resolution approving an addendum to its contract with An Binh Investment and Trading Company Limited. This addendum involves SCG undertaking the construction of the main structure for blocks CT5 and CT6 within a high-rise residential project in Phúc Đồng ward, Long Biên district, Hanoi.

The value of this new addendum is VND 570,683,884,868, inclusive of VAT. Following this amendment, the cumulative transaction value between SCG and An Binh now totals VND 1,109,103,907,533, including VAT. This cumulative value exceeds 10% of SCG's total assets as reported in its most recent reviewed semi-annual financial statements.

The general director of SCG has been authorized to negotiate, finalize, and sign all necessary documents related to the implementation of this addendum. The resolution is effective from the date of its signing.
