PetroVietnam Technical Services completes dividend share issuance, boosting capital

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) has completed its share issuance for dividend payments, distributing 33,453,809 shares to shareholders based on a 100:7 ratio. This distribution led to an increase in the company's total outstanding shares and capital.

Following the issuance, PTSC's total outstanding shares have risen to 511,420,099. The company's charter capital also increased to VND 5,114,200,990,000 from VND 4,779,662,900,000. This capital increase reflects the successful allocation of shares from undistributed after-tax profits as of the 2024 audited financial statements.

The shares were distributed to 24,351 shareholders, with fractional shares being canceled. The new shares are expected to be transferred to shareholders in January 2026. This move aligns with PTSC’s strategy to utilize profits for shareholder returns and expand its capital base.
