MB Securities boosts capital to over VND6.5 trillion

MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) has officially increased its charter capital to VND 6,587,267,870,000, as confirmed by its 9th amended Business Registration Certificate issued on December 5, 2025, by the Department of Finance of Hanoi City. This represents a substantial rise from the previous charter capital of VND 5,899,928,340,000. The change was driven by the issuance of preemptive rights to existing shareholders.

The company, headquartered at 1-7th Floor, 7-8th Floor, MB Building, 21 Cat Linh, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi City, is represented by Phan Phuong Anh, the general director. The total number of shares has increased to 658,726,787, with a par value of VND 10,000 per share.
