BGI Group to invest VND 26.998 bn in HCL Company Limited

BGI Group Joint Stock Company has resolved to participate in capital contribution to HCL Company Limited, with a maximum investment of VND 26,998,000,000. This decision, announced on December 8, 2025, follows the board of directors' meeting on December 5, 2025.

As part of this capital contribution, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung will be appointed as the representative managing the entire capital contribution of BGI Group in HCL Company Limited. The chairman of the board of directors of BGI Group is tasked with overseeing the implementation of all related activities.

This resolution, effective from the date of signing, underscores BGI Group's strategic growth initiatives.
